BOBBY WARD

Born and raised in Smithfield, NC, Bobby grew up on a small family farm, carrying forward a proud lineage of farmers. With nearly 35 years of experience in construction and automotive industries, Bobby’s background spans both residential and commercial sectors.

His career in construction began during his teenage years with Ward’s Home Improvement. He went on to become a Frame Carpenter at McDonald York Building Company and later took on the role of Punchlist Manager at Ryan Homes, where his keen eye for detail set him apart. Driven by his passion for hands-on work, Bobby also ran his own handyman business for several years, specializing in home remodeling, deck building, and concrete work.

In 2024, Bobby joined the PMIL team as Superintendent, where he now plays a pivotal role in overseeing job sites, coordinating contractors, acting as the on-site liaison, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from planning through to completion.
