We led the interior renovation for BodyLase, an existing CoolSculpting and skin spa. This transformative endeavor necessitated a total up-fit of the space, prompting us to carefully divide the construction into two distinct phases to ensure the continuous operation of the medical spa throughout the process.
The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive range of tasks, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, framing, and interior finishes. This meticulous approach allowed us to execute each phase with precision, ensuring that the medical spa could continue its operations seamlessly. The strategic division of construction phases underscored our commitment to minimizing disruptions and prioritizing the client's operational needs.
