We successfully transformed of an empty shell space into a beautiful Italian restaurant, Cucciolo Terrazza. Located in the North Hills Shopping Center, this project involved a comprehensive interior up-fit including the installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.
In collaboration with esteemed partners Louis Cherry Architecture and LK Design, we worked synergistically to bring this stunning Italian restaurant to life. The result is a space that not only meets functional requirements but also exudes the charm and ambiance befitting an authentic Italian dining experience.
The North Hills Shopping Center location adds to the allure of the restaurant, contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of the area. We take pride in our role as leaders of this transformation and are thrilled to have been part of creating a space that enhances the dining landscape in this growing community.
