After studying Biological Sciences and Construction Management, Milewski earned an MBA from NC State University. Following his studies, Milewski gained his NC Real Estate and General Contractors licenses. He also acquired his LEED AP certification leading to his versatility in many aspects of green building and sustainable construction.

Milewski brings more than 20 years of exceptional experience to the construction field. His expertise is demonstrated in countless areas of the industry with a strong emphasis on commercial interior renovations in offices, healthcare, and hospitality.

Milewski first gained field experience at Helm Builders as an Estimator, where he quickly displayed strong budgeting skills and a substantial understanding behind pre-construction commercial services. Further into his professional career, he became an Estimator at D.H. Griffin Construction and Project Engineer at DPR Construction where he mastered how to manage significant projects from beginning to end and profitably run a commercial construction business. He then launched his own company, Milewski Construction, where he specialized in office, dental, and medical construction fit-ups. Milewski later joined his partner in 2019 to form Patel & Milewski Construction.

Milewski has managed a variety of construction projects ranging from pharmaceutical, medical, and class A offices to hospitality and manufacturing plants. His comprehensive expertise of technical skills and industry knowledge compliments his diverse experience within the construction field.

Milewski also has extensive knowledge in estimating substantial high-end projects and working one-on-one with clients to provide pre-construction services as well as in-depth assessments throughout the construction process. He has overseen numerous projects from the initial budget phase through to the architectural, permitting, and construction phases.
