We transformed an existing Holiday Inn hotel into a DoubleTree by Hilton. This project involved a comprehensive scope, including reworking the plumbing and electrical systems and adding a new layer of drywall across each bedroom and bathroom.
One notable challenge was keeping the hotel open during the construction process, highlighting the need for close coordination and attention to detail between our team and hotel operations. Successfully managing the construction while ensuring minimal disruption to hotel guests demonstrates our commitment to efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
