We are excited to share the successful completion of a project that involved the conversion of an existing Comfort Suites branded hotel to a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. This comprehensive transformation required a meticulous approach, including the gutting of the existing structure and significant upgrades to various systems.
The project scope encompassed substantial improvements to utility systems, the roof, site drainage, and IT infrastructure. Additionally, the exterior received a new insulation finishing system, enhancing both energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal. A new front canopy was also installed, contributing to the refreshed and modern appearance of the hotel.
