Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jourdan made the move to North Carolina in 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s in Art Studies and Graphic Design from Towson University, showcasing her dedication to creative pursuits. With over a decade of experience in office management and marketing, coupled with 8 years in the construction industry, Jourdan brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Jourdan embarked on her professional journey in commercial real estate post-graduation. Following her relocation to North Carolina, she initially ventured into residential construction. However, it was her transition to the commercial side that truly felt like home when she joined the PMIL team in 2020.

In her role as Vice President of Operations, Jourdan wears many hats. Managing several departments including Marketing, Finance, HR, and Construction Administration, she plays a pivotal role in the seamless functioning of the PMIL team. Her diverse expertise ensures efficient coordination and effective management across multiple facets of the company.
