We are pleased to share the completion of the expansion project for Lynch Mykins' office space, seamlessly integrating the adjacent suite. The location, situated in a historic warehouse in downtown Raleigh, presented a unique challenge and opportunity to preserve its historical industrial character. We are proud to share that our team was both determined and successful in maintaining this historic ambiance while incorporating an open, modern concept.
The expansion project harmoniously extends the design continuity established by PMIL Construction in the original suite renovated in 2019. The commitment to preserving the historic industrial feel while infusing a contemporary and open layout reflects our dedication to blending the past with the present.
The resulting office space for Lynch Mykins stands as a testament to our ability to navigate the complexities of historical preservation and modern design integration.
