We proudly led the transformation of Susteon’s cutting-edge facility located in the Southport Innovation Center. This 9,736-square-foot space was transformed from an empty shell into a state-of-the-art laboratory and office environment. The project, marking the second phase of our collaboration with Susteon, builds upon the success of our initial renovation of their smaller laboratory in 2021.
This second phase represents more than just growth—it’s a significant milestone in our ongoing partnership and shared commitment to advancing sustainable technologies. Designed to support groundbreaking innovation in the clean-energy sector, the newly constructed facility boasts advanced laboratory features, modern office layouts, and precision-engineered systems to meet the unique demands of Susteon’s mission.

Collaborating with Trinity Partners, Redline Design, and Peak Systems Engineering, we successfully delivered a space that not only meets the functional needs of a high-performance lab but also inspires creativity and innovation.
