We completed the buildout for a specialized research organization, Symmetry Biosciences. Dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions in process chemistry and related fields for industries spanning biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, agrochemicals, and fine chemicals, this state-of-the-art facility marks a significant milestone in our portfolio.
Utilizing our design-build process, we converted of a former office into a dual laboratory facility tailored to meet the unique requirements of our client. This involved meticulous planning, strategic execution, and unwavering attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the project aligned seamlessly with the organization’s objectives. The scope of the project extended beyond laboratory spaces, encompassing the integration of offices, conference rooms, and a breakroom.
Throughout the construction journey, the PMIL team prioritized efficiency, functionality, and adherence to industry standards, resulting in a final product that not only met but exceeded the client's expectations.
